DealWorld is a partner in the private and public sector, whose set of values may deviate from normal. To simply put it: We want to guarantee services for us too when we get old.
Someone could say it nicer by saying that we want to guarantee good and safe care for the citizens also in the future, which is why we recruit workers abroad.
The idea of DealWorld started when talking with few good friends from the area of Health Care and realizing that the Health Care services in Finland indeed is in deep crisis. But we could also see just a bit of hope for better in the future. We started from heathcare sector and fastly realised that staff shortages is huge problem in overall at service sector
We know for sure that there are not enough Health Care or service personnel as our population ages, which is why we need people from abroad to cover for that need. And we also need to further train them to be suitable for the field.
We also want the Finnish healthcare and service experts who have moved out of Finland to come back as well as the old personnel who have already shifted away to work in other areas.
Our strong wish is to get more private and public partners to work with us to offer more
opportunities to better employ and train migrants (eg. Apprenticeships) across the country.
DealWorld will take care of all the bureaucracy and legalities involved in coming to Finland, the
validity of the certificates as well as the Finnish studies started already in the country of origin. We
will be having long-term and ongoing co-operation with different partners and we will keep track on
any possible changes to legislation. We will also keep track on the projects working in line with
employing migrants.
We totally agree with the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment of Finland that in order to
create more stability we should try and recruit the workers here together with their families. It is
important that we don't lose them because they don't feel like home or they'll be missing their
families.

We do our recruitment commissions responsibly and according to our clients' values. Our professional staff will check the validity of the workers' qualifications, previous work experience and recommendations.

Migrant agency workers
There is no difference between the migrant workers and their Finnish colleagues. We carry the responsibility of all the bureaucracy involved in the beginning and make the contracts with the workers.
We strongly advice the workers to join to the Trade Union of their choice. We have many years of experience in recruitment and staffing. You get what you ask for!
Integration services
We will help the workers become a part of the community and organize different activities for them
to integrate to our society the best way possible. The most important thing while recruiting workers
from abroad is to make sure they feel like home in their new surroundings.
Finnish language training
Mid-level Finnish language skills are required from Healthcare workers in Finland. How well one learns the language is mostly dependent on the motivation of the person.
Finnish language training is carried out as distance learning on a digital learning base. We also organize a learning group that will come together once in 2 weeks. Let's speak Finnish! Puhutaan Suomea.
