To our workers and their families

Who can I trust and who will offer me safety?

Who will help me find a place to stay, find a job for my spouse, or daycare or school for my children? Will I have to be dealing with the bank and insurance and all other kinds of practical issues alone? No, you don't!

You can communicate with us in your own language and we also offer a lot of opportunities to network as well as organize free-time activities.

You are more than welcome to come to work with us alone, but we highly encourage you to take

your family with you to Finland! We will help you with the process.

We have multiple connections and opportunities for your spouse to also find work, even if they wouldn't be healthcare experts, but rather from another area of work.

We will make an official contract of employment which will include the extension of your salary and

work hours. All these terms and conditions are required by Finnish law. We hope that you will

also join the Trade Union of your area of expertise, which will also provide you with more perks and

security.

We won't be asking you to pay us any recruitment fee before coming to Finland. Make

sure you never pay anyone for this kind of service beforehand!

In Finland we have highly appreciated the school system, daycare system, and health care, and these services belong to everyone, including you when you come. DealWorld will help you find a

furnished apartment and we have already booked several apartments from the biggest cities

beforehand to be used as family units or for the workers coming alone.

Our local experts will be checking the legitimacy of your qualification and we are working in co-

operation with the universities in the Philippines as well as the Embassy.

In Finland we are also co-operating with the Ministry of Economic Affairs of Finland and the Immigration Services.

DealWorld will help you to integrate to Finland as well as possible and we hope you want to stay

here long. The way we think is that you come here to work with us, we will take care of you and

you will help us to keep the wheels of our society rolling!

Finnish studies

In Finland, we have language requirements to assure the safety of the service quality. Nurses and other workforce in Finland have to speak Finnish..

Studying Finnish is not as difficult as you might think. We are starting the Finnish studies in the Philippines as distance learning and your whole family is also welcome to join. The language studies take approximately 6 months in which time one has achieved a language level that is enough to be working as a Caregiver in Healthcare services while further continuing learning Finnish.

After successfully working as a Caregiver for approximately 6 months you will be qualified to apply for a degree in Practical Nursing or other work licenses. These studies will be carried out as an Apprenticeship, which means that you will be doing the studies while working in a real paid job.

The Apprenticeship will allow you to officially register yourself as a Practical Nurse in Finland after 6 months. To get qualification to work as a Registered Nurse takes quite a while longer, but it's also a possibility along the line.

We at DealWorld encourage you to study and become a Healthcare Professional in Finland and will help you in your career.

The Finnish language studies will be completely free for you if you commit to working in Finland!

Finland and Finnish people

A safe and stable place to work

Finland is a state in Scandinavia with population of about 5.5 million. Finland is a part of the European Union. 4,8% of the population has foreign nationality and 7,3% were also born abroad.

The official languages in Finland are Finnish and Swedish. Finnish speakers are 87,3% and Swedish speakers 5,2% of the population. The capital of Finland is Helsinki.

Finnish people are mostly considered being a bit shy, quiet and reserved. It is true that compared to many other countries in the world we perform very low-key and appropriate in social situations. Getting to know new people might take a bit more time than one is used to.

While this is all true it's not the whole truth, because Finnish people are very nice and open and when you become friends with a Finnish person, they are usually friends for a lifetime.
